So the owner will not renew the lease

I won’t rent a studio for the time being. 
As for the pick-up point
The shop owner will check if there is any need to return it according to the situation.
In the past, it was a self-pickup point at Mong Kok Center.
The environment is quite tough

Sometimes the customer doesn’t pick up the goods
The goods may not be available for the next customer. 
Therefore, we currently use SF Express as the main delivery method.
